The TH test allows a quick and instantaneous check of water hardness water by colorimetry. The BWT water hardness analysis kit contains 1 10 milliliter bottle of reagent as well as 1 graduated cylinder.

How does the TH BWT Test work?

To test your water, you must put 10ml of water in the test tube and then pour the drops from the bottle into it one by one. one by counting them. After one or more drops, a color change will occur so you can calculate the hardness of your water knowing that 1 drop = 1 degree of hardness.

Range of hydrotimetric title values:

From 0 to 8°f = very soft water
From 8 to 12°f = soft water
From 12 to 30°f = rather hard water
From 30 to 40°f = hard water
Above 40°f = very hard water

Knowing the hardness of your water allows you to identify a potential problem and thus intervene accordingly. The hardness of the water acts on all of the plumbing and contributes to faster wear of your household appliances.
