Bonjour j’ai acheté un lot de lampe uv 25w cintropur 2000 (4) afin d’en avoir en réserve via Amazon market place. J’ai mis utilisé une lampe et parfait. Ensuite après 12 mois, j’ai voulu changé et les 3 autres en réserve ne fonctionnent pas, elles sont neuve et emballée d origine, bien conservée mais elles ne fonctionnent pas. Amazon me dit de voir avec vous directement, que pouvez vous me suggérer ? Merci
